Shipping policy

1. General information
1.1 We deliver goods to Germany, Austria, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. If you are interested in delivery to another destination, please contact us before placing your order.
1.2 All orders are processed within 14 working days of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated. In the event of a delay, we will notify you immediately by email or phone.

2. Available delivery methods
2.1 We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery: Items are usually delivered within 10 working days of dispatch.
Express delivery: Goods are delivered within 5 working days of dispatch.
2.2 The exact delivery options and their prices may vary depending on the size, weight of the order and the place of delivery. This information will be displayed when completing the order.

3. Delivery times
3.1 Delivery of goods takes place within 14 days working days from the confirmation and processing of the order, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the workload of carriers or unexpected circumstances (e.g. pandemics, natural disasters). Nevertheless, we try to ensure delivery in the shortest possible time.

4. Delivery price
4.1 The delivery price depends on the weight and dimensions of the ordered goods, as well as on the chosen delivery method and delivery address. The final delivery price will be displayed when the order is completed before the purchase is confirmed.

5. Tracking the shipment
5.1 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order via the carrier's website.

6. Unclaimed shipments
6.1 If the customer does not collect their parcel within 10 days of delivery to the collection point or a repeated delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
6.2 In this case, the customer has the right to resend the goods, but will be charged additional delivery costs.

7. Damaged or lost shipments
7.1 If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately at rallyvibescz@gmail.com. We will fix the situation, exchange the goods or refund the money, depending on the situation.
7.2 If the shipment was lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation together with the carrier and inform you of the outcome. The customer will be offered a new delivery or a refund.

8. Change of delivery address
8.1 If you wish to change the delivery address after sending the order, please contact us as soon as possible at rallyvibescz@gmail.com. Please note that we cannot always change the address if the shipment has already been handed over to the carrier.
