Refund policy

1. Right to withdraw from the contract
1.1 If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This right only applies to consumers, not to business (B2B) customers.
1.2 In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, it is necessary to inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent by e-mail to rallyvibescz@gmail.com or in writing to Lučice 157, 582 35 Lučice.

2. Conditions for returning goods
2.1 The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, i.e. unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, with all tags and accompanying materials.
2.2 If the goods have been used or are damaged, we may reduce the amount of the refund corresponding to the deterioration of the goods.
2.3 The return of the goods must take place within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
2.4 The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified (for example, if the goods were defective or there was an error during delivery).

3. Procedure for returning goods
3.1 To return goods, please contact us by email at rallyvibescz@gmail.com and we will provide you with further instructions. We recommend that you send the item by registered mail so that you have proof of shipment.
3.2 The company is not responsible for loss or damage to goods during transport back to us, therefore we recommend insuring the goods.

4. Refunds
4.1 Once we have received the returned goods and verified that they are eligible for return, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods.
4.2 Refunds will be made using the same method you used to pay, unless we agree otherwise. In case of payment by card, the amount will be returned to the bank account associated with your card.
4.3 The delivery costs you paid during the purchase will only be refunded if you are returning the entire ordered goods. Otherwise, we do not refund delivery costs.

5. Returning goods due to a defect
5.1 If you receive faulty goods or goods that are not as described, you have the right to an exchange, repair or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods at rallyvibescz@gmail.com and we will provide you with the next steps.
5.2 In this case, our company bears the costs of returning the goods.

6. Goods that cannot be returned
6.1 The following types of goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
Goods manufactured or modified to order according to the customer's specifications
Goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. underwear, cosmetics)
Digital products or content if downloaded or used.
